WELCOME to

Welcome .....please be patient, while I try to reconstruct my website.!  We all seem to be so busy these days, I am trying to simplify things for all of my clients!  Please feel free to call me with any questions!

 

 

Let me take a minute to tell you a little about me and the service(s) I provide.

My name is Rose Mary and I have been cooking for many years! Starting at age 10 with goodies and easy meals for my parents and siblings (I have 7 siblings!), volunteering my culinary services for corporate, school, church as well as for community fund raisers, social events and more. I have studied and traveled extensively throughout Europe and have experienced (and since made) a variety of European dishes.  Yum!!

Eventually, I decided that I enjoyed cooking for others so much that I started my business!  I am a member of the Personal Chefs Network,Certified In Food Safety and a Certified Nutritional Consultant.

I am a Personal Chef and my service(s) are always customized to your specific needs/wishes.  Be it a special diet or just a specific way a dish or meal is made for you and/or your guests. 


Since starting my business I have had the opportunity to meet and chef for many types of clients:  new parents, working parents, busy individuals and families, those who just want to eat better, special diets and more.

Cheffing for a special event.... always brings a smile to my face!  Whether it is a family gathering, dinner party, home wedding or some other reason to get together, I delight in knowing that I have provided my client with an enjoyable, stress-free gathering.  My goal is to have you be a guest at your own event.

While preparing for a recent event (for 50 people) my client sat on her sun porch and read a book!!!  She couldn't believe that having a party that large could be so easy!

Briefly, let me tell you how it works, whatever the reason may be for my service....once you have made contact with me...........

  • We set up a date for a consult.  At that time we will discuss what you have in mind, your food preferences and any dietary requirements or sensitivities.
  • We discuss a date for the service provided.
  • With the information you provided, I plan a menu and discuss (and "tweak" if necessary) it with you. 
  • Once this is complete I send or deliver an agreement (with an estimate**) for you to review, and return with a deposit. 
  • On the cheffing date, I shop for the freshest ingredients possible.
  • I arrive at your home with everything I need to provide your service
  • I cook, package and label (for regular meal clients) or serve for special events
  • And don't worry... before I leave... your kitchen is clean!
**Please understand, Each party/event is customized to your specific wishes.  Therefore,  no two events can be priced exactly the same.  As we know the cost of everything is increasing daily.  I do my best to buy the freshest ingredients at the most reasonable cost.
